Result template: the final score as a graphic

The result is the most important post of the weekend. A good result template shows more than two numbers: goalscorers with the minute, the half-time score and – in cup matches – extra time or a penalty shoot-out.

Examples as a post and a story

Examples use fictional clubs. In your account, your own crests, colours and sponsors will appear.

What the template fills in automatically

Final score, with "a.e.t." or "on pens" where needed
Goalscorers with minute
Half-time score
Win, draw or defeat as text
Both crests, competition and matchday

How to get the most out of it

Post straight after the final whistle – most interactions come in the first hour.
Several teams? One post with all of the weekend's results saves space in your feed.

Guide: Match result as an Instagram graphic

Your finished graphic in three steps

1Set up your club design once: crest, colours, sponsors.
2Choose a template and a match – Matchday fills in the details.
3Download it as a post or story and share it on Instagram.
